Apparently the manager believes that under his new rule he does not accept and vouchers from tesco club cards that have been electronically sent to a customer by email. Head office says this is not true and all vouchers are accepted. Well thanks Mr tesco manager for totally humiliating my sister who struggles with shopping and has disabilities.. with a 42.00 voucher of her last money , you stood there and told her you don't accept them anymore. Which is NOT TRUE. My sister cried her eyes out, and broke down when she left the shop, had to make a call to borrow money to then go back in and face everyone and pay on her card from the money she just borrowed. How disgusting.. she was humiliated and so embarrassed. She suffers from depression and anxiety and finds shopping difficult. This is her only local shop and has always used these vouchers..customer services will be calling the manager. But this doesn't solve what my sister had to go through, and now has to pay back what she bor.
